St. Gregory the Great Parish is located at 200 St Gregory Ct, Williamsville, NY 14221. You can see the campus from Maple Road, in between Youngs Road and Hopkins Road in Williamsville, NY.
St. Gregory’s is a Roman Catholic Faith Community, a Respect Life Parish, and part of the Diocese of Buffalo. We were founded in 1958.
On July 15, 2023, Family of Parishes #19 was formed between St. Pius X Parish in Getzville; Good Shepherd Parish in Pendleton; and St. Gregory the Great Parish.
St. Gregory the Great Parish, a large and diverse Faith Community, affirms the presence of Christ in the Eucharist and among us. We sustain our vitality through shared experiences of liturgy, sacrament, prayer, and service.

The story of the parish is more than an account of a place, a building, a property, and how it was transformed. It is a story of the people of God forming a community of worship and service.
From a field with unused barns, a farmhouse, an open-air Mass, and the vision and generosity of a bishop, a pastor, and the people working together, St. Gregory the Great Parish emerged.
There are so many ways to live the Faith at St. Greg’s: from praying the Rosary in the Grotto to spending time in our Adoration Chapel; from singing Gregorian chant to Christian contemporary music; from collecting canned goods for the SVdP Food Pantry to taking a mission trip to Jamaica.
We have vibrant groups for all ages and stages of life and for many varied interests. We are called to be the fullness of the Church in this place, and we are stronger because of each person who has joined us. Join St. Gregory the Great.
