Divine Mercy Novena

Divine Mercy Novena

Join in a parish-wide prayer effort: the Divine Mercy Novena and Chaplet.

Begins on Good Friday, March 29, and concludes on Saturday, April 6

A Spiritual Work of Mercy: Pray for the living and the dead.

Divine Mercy Novena and Chaplet pamphlets available in the back of Church.

This novena can be said privately or at the parish organized times listed below. Jesus asked that the Chaplet be recited as a novena, especially on the nine days before Divine Mercy Sunday. Combining the Chaplet and Daily Novena prayers is a powerful Work of Mercy. Each day’s prayers were given by our Lord to St. Faustina concerning particular groups of people He wanted to experience His mercy. By the end of the Novena, we will have prayed for the entire world. Jesus promised, “By this Novena I will grant every possible grace to souls” (796).
