My Jesus,Â
I believe that You are present in the Most Holy Sacrament.Â
I love You above all things,Â
and I desire to receive You into my soul.Â
Since I cannot at this moment receive You sacramentally,Â
come at least spiritually into my heart.Â
I embrace You as if You were already thereÂ
and unite myself wholly to You.Â
Never permit me to be separated from You.
